Grain-free, nutrient rich, baby friendly turkey burgers!
Ingredients
3 peeled and chopped carrot stalks
1 red bell pepper
1/4 red onion
2 lbs. ground turkey
1 cup of Himalayan tartary buckwheat flour
2 tbsp of coconut aminos
Sea salt, pepper, sesame seeds, garlic, onion, and parsley
Directions
1. In food processor add 3 carrot stalks, 1 red bell pepper, 1/4 red onion and blend until smooth.
2. Add chive, salt, and pepper to taste
3. Then in standing mixer add 2 lbs ground Turkey, 1/2 cup of Himalayan tartary buckwheat flour, 2 tbsp of coconut aminos, and add a dash of sesame seeds, garlic, onion, and parsley.
4. Once mixed thoroughly add veggie mixture. Mix until uniform.
5. Form into burgers.
6. In skillet cook burgers on medium-low for about 15 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165 degrees. 7. Wrap in iceberg lettuce leaves with some pickles, primal kitchen ketchup and mustard, and arugula!
